The teacher must know her student and create a warm and protective environment in the classroom which is then reflected in the academic progress of the students. Rather than being a totalitarian in the classroom, the teacher must be a guide to the student. By their love and caring attitude towards the student, by aiding their self esteem, encouraging them to share their issues in personal life, the teacher makes a big difference in the student’s life.
